Don't Worry Darling: Release date

The movie stars Styles and Florence Pugh as a young couple in the 1950s in Victory, California – a company town owned by the company Jack (Styles) works for.

And judging by the latest trailer, it seems as though Don't Worry, Darling is going to make for a claustrophobic, chilling watch.

Sure enough, Wilde has teased an intense performance from Styles (Dunkirk, Eternals) during one scene in particular in which his character Jack receives a promotion during the company gala.

"It's a strange scene, full of fascist references, and a disturbing amount of male rage," Wilde explained to Rolling Stone. "

With a stellar cast featuring the likes of Roar's Nick Kroll, Loki's Kate Berlant, WandaVision's Asif Ali, Big Little Lies star Douglas Smith, Veep's Timothy Simons and director Olivia Wilde herself, Don't Worry, Darling is set to be one of the most exciting films of the year – although Styles himself has said that his fans would not want to watch it with their parents.
